Create a Shein account
The first step to becoming a Shein Product Tester is to create an account on the website. You can create an account through the “Me” section of Shein’s website.
On the ‘Me’ page you can choose between logging in or creating an account. Since you are new to the platform, proceed by tapping “Create an account” and filling in the required details.
After you have entered all the information, be sure to read the terms and conditions. Once done, continue with your request by pressing Agree. Finally, click on the “Register” button to complete your registration.
The Free Trial Index
Once you’ve set up your account, go to the ‘Me’ section again. This action will take you to your Shein profile, where your coupon, Shein points, orders and other features can be accessed.
On the same page you will find the heading ‘Other service’. This section will discuss several options, but you will need to click the ‘Free Trial Center’ button. Clicking on this link will open the Free Trial Items index. On this page you will find all Shein products that are accessible to product testers.
Collecting the items
Once you are in the Free Trial Index, you will find the items you can win under the ‘in progress’ section. Please note that the prices of all these items are hidden and replaced with $0. Application results
After submitting the application, all you have to do is wait for the email from Shein. The platform will ask you to provide the address right after you click the ‘Free Trial’ button. This pop-up also asks you for size when choosing clothes.
Clicking ‘Submit’ will close the pop-up and return you to the ‘Free Trial’ page. It may take up to a week for Shein to process your request. You can also check the status of your application by opening your Shein account and locating the items you have applied for.
If you are accepted to review the product, Shein will have the package delivered fully paid to the address provided.
Submitting the reviews
Assuming you are accepted for the application, Shein will send an email and a push notification confirming your acceptance.
Once you receive the application, you can start reviewing the products. Shein requires that you add photos and write a detailed product review within ten days of receiving the product. When you submit your review, you will receive Shein points.
After you receive points, you are eligible for more products through the Free Trial Index. Likewise, not submitting your application on time will negatively impact your reputation, making it difficult for you to get accepted for more product reviews.
