  1. I think your list really hits home. I noticed that many of your leadership skills you listed involve giving and helping others. It’s something that’s really important to remember as a true leader is one that can change the people and environment around him in a very positive and meaningful way. This is the way it is in business, politics, socially, religion and in virtually every aspect of human life. Way to go!

    • Hi Ariel,

Yes it is so true. To be helping others. Just as the Zig Ziglar quote goes:

“You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want”.

Thanks for your comments and stopping by
      Cheers, Sharon

  2. Hi there,

I just read through your list and thought it was quite good but i was really surprised by one thing that i didn’t see you mention. In fact i thought it would be number one!

That is, you don’t mention reading books or listening to audio books,.

I suppose continually pursue personal and professional growth would cover this, but i think specifically mentioning books would be great! What do you think? I know you said this list was shared with you years ago, so I guess you didn’t write it. Would you add anything else?

    • Hi Joe,

Well there you go! And yes books is vital but like you said would fall under the personal growth. But I am now adding to it and will call it my list of 57 leadership skills. Thanks heaps for that and I think did ask my visitors to add to my list so CHEERS !!

      Thanks for stopping by,
